General

  1. What is FisherSupermarket.PH?

    FisherSupermarket.PH is a complete online grocery service for Metro Manila customers. It combines the core services of two e-commerce innovators: Barapido Inc. through its brand BarapidoMart, and Fisher Retail Inc. With a wide selection of grocery essentials, coupled with efficient home delivery service that includes fresh seafood, FisherSupermarket.PH makes online grocery shopping quick, easy and hassle-free.

  2. How do I create an account?

    To create an account, go to FisherSupermarket.PH and sign up using your email address. After a successful sign up, you will receive an email confirmation and you may start buying online. Make sure to log-in when ordering so you may avail of any incentives available.

  3. Where do you deliver?

    We deliver anywhere in Metro Manila and selected areas in Rizal (Antipolo Proper, Cainta, Taytay, Angono, San Mateo).

  4. What are your delivery schedules?

    We deliver Monday-Saturday, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

  5. Do you give Senior Citizen/PWD discount?

    Currently, no. The government has not drafted a policy on issuing discounts to senior citizens/PWDs transacting online. Once a law is implemented regarding this matter, FisherSupermarket.PH will comply accordingly.

  6. Who do I contact for customer concerns/issues?

    You can send an email to customer@FisherSupermarket.PH, or leave a message on our Facebook page @FisherSupermarket.PH. Our customer service personnel will assist you Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Ordering

  1. What is the minimum order purchase value?

    There is no required minimum order on FisherSupermarket.PH.

  2. What happens to out-of-stock items in my order?

    Please expect scenarios where some items on your grocery list are out-of-stock (O/S). You may choose any of the substitute items provided in our website when you order a fast-moving item. If you do not wish to substitute your order, you may opt-out of this process.

  3. Can I order online & have it delivered to a different address?

    Yes. Upon check out, there’s a section where you can opt to Ship to a Different Address. Make sure you provide complete address, contact details of recipient in your order.

  4. There are missing items in my delivery. What do I do?

    We recommend you inspect your items upon delivery. If there are items missing or damaged, please do inform the rider or contact our Store Coordinator as soon as possible.

  5. I placed an order but I want to cancel. What do I do?

    Log in using your account at FisherSupermarket.PH, under “My Orders”, click on the order you want to cancel. Click “Request Order Cancellation” and specify reason for cancellation and proceed. Cancellation requests can only be accommodated prior to processing of an order. Once an order has been processed, Cancellations will no longer be available.

Payments

  1. What types of payment are accepted?

    FisherSupermarket.PH accepts the following modes of payment: Cash on Delivery (COD), Debit or Credit card. COD or Card transactions will go through verification process. Our Customer Service might ask for additional information prior to processing your order.

  2. I paid via card but updated total item cost is higher due to additional and/or substitute items. How can I pay the excess amount?

    You may settle the balance via Cash upon delivery

  3. I paid via card but updated total item cost is lower due to out-of-stock items. How can I get a refund for the excess amount charged to my card?

    A refund can be credited back manually through online bank transfer OR a personal voucher will be generated that can be used for your next purchase.

Fulfillment/Delivery

  1. What are your delivery options?

    We have 2 delivery options:

    • Same Day: Order before 12noon, delivery between 1 & 6pm same day
    • Next Day: Order before 5PM, delivery next day
    • Scheduled: Coming soon!
  2. What are your delivery schedules?

    We deliver Monday-Saturday, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

  3. How much is the delivery fee?

    Our delivery fees are computed based on distance & volume of orders. It is very competitive & is cheaper than most service providers in the market.

  4. Do you have Shopper fee?

    Our Shopper Fee, starts at P50 up to maximum of P180

  5. Is it possible to reschedule the delivery of my order?

    Yes, it must be communicated prior to processing & picking of your order. We aim to provide the freshest products so delivery is done as soon as we complete the picking at the supermarket. A change in delivery schedule after order has been processed will be charged additional delivery fee.

  6. I won’t be at home to receive my order, can someone else receive it on my behalf?

    When checking out, please include the name of your authorized receiver in the Instructions section. Please indicate the name of the receiver, and include a copy of his / her valid ID, to be presented upon delivery.

  7. How do I see my receipt?

    A digital copy of your sales invoice will be provided via email & through your personal dashboard in the website. A printed receipt will be sent together with your order upon delivery of goods.
